To ensure the highest quality service, notary appointments are primarily available after business hours, starting at 5:00 PM. However, I understand that unexpected needs can arise. If you require urgent daytime notarization, please contact me in advance to discuss availability. I will do my best to accommodate urgent requests on a case-by-case basis.
By letting me know your needs in advance, we can ensure a smooth and efficient notary experience.

How do I Schedule an Appointment?
Scheduling your mobile notary appointment is easy! There are two convenient ways to reach me:
Contact Form: Fill out the quick form on the website. Be sure to include details about the documents you need notarized (type of document, number of signatures) to help expedite scheduling.
Text or Call: Send a text message or call directly at [972-383-9479] with your preferred date and time range (if known).
What happens after I contact you?
Once I receive your request, I’ll confirm your specific needs and check our availability to find a convenient time for your mobile notary appointment. We'll then be in touch to finalize the details and schedule your signing.

Can you print documents for me?
While I can't currently offer printing services, ensuring your documents are ready for signing is essential. Here's a quick tip:
Bring all documents fully printed and filled out beforehand.
Leave the signature lines blank until we meet for notarization.
This will streamline the signing process and ensure a smooth notary experience for you.

What is your location?
I prioritize meeting clients at convenient and well-lit public locations for safety reasons. This ensures a neutral and secure environment for all parties involved.
Here are some examples of suitable public meeting locations: Libraries, Coffee Shops, or Bank Lobbies
I am open to Suggestions!
If you prefer a different type of safe public meeting location, please feel free to suggest one for discussion.
My priority is your comfort and security. I will work with you to find a mutually agreeable location for your notary appointment.

What to Bring & Payment Options
To ensure a smooth notary experience, please bring the following to your appointment:
The documents you need notarized: Make sure all documents are complete, printed, and filled out beforehand. Leave the signature lines blank until we meet.
Valid Government Issued Photo ID: This is required by law to verify your identity. A driver's license, state ID, or passport are all acceptable forms of identification.
Ready to Pay? The following payment is accepted for convenient payment methods at the time of your appointment:
Cash or Zelle
Tip: If you plan to pay with Zelle, please have your contact information readily available for the transaction.
